I have done illustrations too and i like to share some with you. Believe it or not but I used to believe in 9-11 conspiracy theories. I wrote some articles about it and did the illustrations myself. This is one of them. Basically it depicts the WTC tower exploding (WHICH IT DIDN'T). And the fire-fighters entering the building unorganized and, sometimes, towards their death. They were dealt a very bad hand that day, and went in without asking a question.

I was involved in part of the airline shares short selling that day because many people (such as my clients at the time) KNEW what was going down two years before. Maybe you should start believing in conspiracies once again.
